Kakheti and Chateau Artwine: The concept behind their perfect wedding

For Maria and Andrey’s wedding, we chose Chateau Artwine in Kakheti – a venue where the location itself sets the tone for the celebration. Vineyards, panoramic views of the Caucasus Mountains, elegant château architecture, and the atmosphere of a Georgian winery created the perfect backdrop for the grand and memorable celebration they envisioned.

They could exchange vows outdoors, have their wedding photos taken among the vineyards, and then continue the evening at a beautifully styled table with dinner and wine. This allowed us to bring together the official formalities, an intimate outdoor ceremony, and a true family celebration all in one day.

Bringing their vision to life: From a base package to a truly unique day

We used our Premium Wedding package as the foundation and then tailored it to the couple’s wishes. This allowed us to combine everything they needed for the legal registration and celebration with the personal details that mattered specifically to them.

1. The Premium Wedding package included: an official on-site marriage ceremony, legal marriage registration and legalization, venue selection, development of a personalized wedding and décor concept, bridal makeup and styling, professional photography, and videography.

2. We additionally arranged: a welcome cocktail and canapé area for guests, a festive dinner with a custom-agreed menu, the wedding cake, and additional elements of the celebration program.

The outdoor ceremony became the central highlight of the day: a beautiful ceremony arch, vineyards all around, and the people closest to the couple there to share the moment with them. From there, the day naturally evolved into a grand celebration – with dinner, conversations, photographs, cake, and a spectacular finale with fireworks.

It was important to the couple that their wedding be remembered not only for how beautiful it looked, but also for how it felt. That’s why we didn’t simply put together a collection of individual services. We designed the entire day as one cohesive experience, where every element flowed naturally into the next – creating a celebration that was effortless, vibrant, and deeply personal.
